The 25-meter-high pole is made of Q235 and Q345 hot-rolled steel, with yield strengths of no less than 235 MPa for Q235 and 345 MPa for Q345. It is capable of withstanding wind speeds of up to 30 m/s. The elongation of Q235 steel is no less than 26%, and that of Q345 steel is no less than 22%, allowing the pole to absorb energy through deformation and helping to prevent breakage upon impact.

The connection between the head and the main body of the 25-meter high bay light is sealed using a double-sealing method: first with a weatherproof rubber ring, followed by waterproof sealant for reinforcement. The pole is hot-dip galvanized, with an average zinc coating thickness of 85 microns. The zinc layer is dense and provides corrosion resistance for 15–20 years under normal outdoor conditions, effectively protecting the internal components from moisture damage.
